Trying to decide the best time to visit The Silver Beach Carousel? While there are no bad days here, there are definitely days where some more activity is buzzing through the Carousel House! Consider checking out these planned events that we host each year and stay tuned for more information.
Founders' Week
The week honors Logan Drake and Louis Wallace who spent their lives creating happy memories for millions of people and delighting all ages from 1891-1971 at Silver Beach Amusement Park. Founders' Week runs in mid-June with festivities to celebrate!
Builders' Bash
Are you crazy about LEGOS? We are too, especially during March and April. This event and the Amazing Lego Display showcase LEGO builds at The Silver Beach Carousel, created by LEGO builders, ages 5-18. Participants will have their build on display, get a certificate of participation, earn a swag bag full of goodies and walk the red carpet during the Builders' Bash celebration.
Easter Extravaganza
Enjoy fun egg-citement at the Silver Beach Carousel with random prize rides, a visit with the Easter Bunny, free prize eggs and some arts and craft projects for kids! This is a great time to get your Easter pictures early.
Boo Bash
Celebrate Halloween with spooky treats and fun activities at the Silver Beach Center's annual Boo Bash.
Christmas in July
Celebrate the holidays early with Christmas in July at the Carousel. Santa will make an appearance, color a picture of our holiday horse Noel and grab your Christmas card pictures early.
National Carousel Day
Each year, we spend July 25 celebrating the Carousel tradition that we are lucky enough to be part of! Festivities include prize drawings and other special plans. Stay tuned to find out more.
Haunted Scarousel
Sunshine or rain, this is a must-stop if you are in town on an October weekend. Spooky good music and decor make their way down to The Silver Beach Carousel House. Costumes are definitely encouraged!
Countdown to Noon
Want to give your little ones the New Years Eve treatment before bedtime? Spend the day at the Silver Beach Center with a Countdown to Noon. Other details are hashed out closer to the event, so stay tuned!
