Peanut

This mighty mammal sits on the inside row and is one of the two circus figures on the Carousel. Meet Peanut, the circus elephant, a shiny gray figure with gold caps adorning her tusks and a lattice headpiece. However, it's her saddle that is truly the eye-catcher. Peanut's bright blue saddle features a playful bear atop a soccer ball, a detail specially requested by the donor. Her red saddle blanket is covered with balloons and classic circus motifs, including a cannon and her very own circus horse. Ron Schults dedicated Peanut in honor of his two children, Erik and Sophia.
